IMPACT KICKBOXING IS THE ULTIMATE CARDIO-KICKBOXING CLASS DESIGNED TO BURN FAT AND BUILD MUSCLE WITH A MIXTURE OF INTENSE, FUN CARDIO AND KNEE STRIKES, KICKS, AND PUNCHES EASILY ADAPTED FOR ALL ABILITIES

  • Muay Thai Cardio Kickboxing classes will be three times a week for one hour

  • High energy workout consisting of striking, heavy bag work, kicks, and mitt work

  • Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility

  • Burn an average of 500-600 calories

  • Gloves and hand wraps available on site

While the workouts are intense, Amanda is an expereinced Muay Thai mixed martial artist who knows how to modify the exercises for all levels and abilities. You will be instructed to perform as much as you can handle, given modifications for your abilities, and will be supported in achieving the results you desire. Impact Kickboxing is designed so that each participant is performing at their OWN level and no one is ever "left behind." In just four weeks, your abilities will be heightened and you will be on your way to a new fitness level.
