Yoga Instructor

Like many fitness enthusiasts, Chessi was initially drawn to yoga for its physical benefits of strength, balance and flexibility.  A RYT-200 Yoga Alliance instructor, Chessi teaches a dynamic vinyasa flow with the intention of creating a moving meditation. It is her aim as a yoga teacher to encourage her students to become body-aware, to establish a relationship with their breath, and to develop a compassionate and joyful attitude towards themselves and the world around them.
